The way a spider would create its web,
I weaved myself two human sized cocons.
Using cotton threads and my environment,
I let time and process create its shape.
These were the first protective nests I made.
Fragile and still dangerous looking.
The tension inside of it is what's keeping it together and standing.
Tension that will diminish over time, making it a temporary installation,
sensitive to its surroundings and the interactions it receives.
